"I have a very busy life with a family, work and school. Since I was always on the go, I would end up going to fast food and take out restaurants for lunch. I started bringing my own lunch to work. I'd bring salads, yogurt and fruits on Monday, enough for the week. It was less calories and much healthier for me. I was able to loss weight and feel better about myself.
